I have noticed that every time I cross the threshold of my Franprix supermarket near chez moi in Paris, Hotel California starts playing over the PA system. Sinister? I'm glad you agree. It's downright freaky because, see, they don't play the same CD on rotation in there.... they play Radio Nostalgie.
